Overall we LOVE VIP Florist. We had 3 deliveries for Valentines Day, the first one was for an 81 yr old woman, who didn't answer the door and the delivery driver called us and we were able to make that happen :). I got notifications for 2 "on our way" and "delivered". Awaiting the 3rd delivery notifications, I called in just to make sure the order was still being delivered. I was assured it was, and was being delivered soon (GREAT). Still not receiving any notifications I was going to call again at approx. 4pm. Upon leaving her house, she noticed the flowers on her doorstep. They live in an apartment setting and these could have easily been stolen. Also, she was home and never heard a knock at the door :(, and never did we receive either notification.
