Happy with the flowers that were delivered. But my only problem was u didn't supply the card telling my friend who sent the flowers. She had to call alot of people to find out who sent them.. The florist said they couldn't tell her who sent them.. when i ordered them I did include a birthday message ---- Florist's Response: Hi Tammy, My name is Adriana, the owner of Lake Elsinore VIP Florist. I am writing to respond to your feedback regarding order #7820082791. I would like to clarify that a card was indeed attached to the delivery, which is how the recipient was able to contact our shop. Our cards are printed with our logo, order number, and phone number. However, when you placed the order online on June 8, 2026, the card message was not entered in the designated "Card Information" field. Instead, the message "Happy birthday my dear friend" was placed in the "Special Instructions" section. Because special instructions are intended for the florist and driver only, they were not printed on the recipient's card. Additionally, since there was no signature provided, our policy to protect sender privacy prevented us from disclosing your name when the recipient called. We apologize for the confusion you experienced while navigating the online ordering process.
